What We Collect
We collect account information such as your email address, license
details, organization name when provided, purchase or subscription
status, and device activation records needed to manage BoxVitals
access.
We also collect operational diagnostics such as connection failure
reports, app version, device role, web browser context, classroom
session identifiers, and timestamps. These logs help us troubleshoot
reliability problems and improve the product.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, validate licenses,
manage activated devices, support classroom monitor sessions,
investigate connection failures, provide customer support, and
improve BoxVitals.
BoxVitals is for simulation and training only. Do not enter real
patient information into scenarios, notes, classroom codes, or
support messages.
Cookies and Browser Storage
BoxVitals uses essential browser storage for sign-in sessions,
license management, security checks, classroom session joining, and
privacy preference storage. These are required for core site and app
functionality.
Optional analytics or marketing tools will only run if you accept
optional storage. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control,
BoxVitals treats that as a request to keep optional tracking off.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers such
as Supabase, Netlify, Stripe, and Apple where needed to operate
accounts, licensing, hosting, security, and purchases.
Your Choices
You can choose essential-only browser storage from the cookie banner
or by opening cookie preferences. You may also contact us to request
access, correction, deletion, or help with account and license data.
California residents may have additional rights under California
privacy law, including rights to know, correct, delete, and opt out
of certain data sharing.
